Our motto – “we go the extra mile” – is the very core of our practice. At TLC Dental we pride ourselves on our achievements in looking after our patients in every way possible, even beyond the chair.

It is really important to us to maintain our strong bonds with familiar faces, as well as to welcome new friendly smiles. So when our patients show us the utmost in confidence and loyalty by referring a family member, friend or colleague, we want to thank both our old and new friends.

HOW IT WORKS

Our existing patients are offered 2 personalized referral cards with their name on the cards, almost like their own TLC Business cards, which they can simply give to someone who is looking for a new good dentist.

In appreciation for the referral, our existing patients are offered a choice of either a movie ticket or Coles/Myer voucher. Plus, when our new referred patient arrives for their first appointment and gives us the personalized card, these cards are placed in to a draw to win one of our AMAZING major quarterly prizes. The name picked out this quarter will be the winner of a brand new tablet! Doesn’t get much better than that.

Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten about our new patients! To welcome them into our practice, they receive an automatic 5% discount when they present the referral card from an existing patient at their first appointment. So really something for everyone.

We really value every one of our patients, and we pride ourselves on our strong and longstanding relationships with everyone that walks through our door.
